Password

  • How can I reset the password online?

    • Visit ttweb.indiainfoline.com » Click on Login to trade
    • Click on Forgot Password » Enter the mandatory fields and click on "ok"
    • You will receive the password on your registered mobile number immediately.
    • On receipt of the password, you can login to the terminal and can change the password within 72 hours or else the same will be expired automatically.
    • Note: Date of Birth is not the mandatory field in Forgot Password.
    • Also, once you change the password, it expires after every 90 days.
    • Alternatively, you can also reset the password by giving a miss call from your registered mobile with our records on 9015457860.
  • Is there any requirement to be done to receive the password via SMS?

    Yes. At the time of account opening, you need to sign the authorization letter for receiving password via SMS on registered mobile number.
  • What if I have not signed on the authorization letter for receiving password via SMS?

    • You need to submit duly filled "the Authorization Letter For Receiving Password Over SMS". Click here to download the form.
    • Authorization Letter can be given only to close family (Spouse, dependent children and dependent parents only).
    • Submit the documents at the below address:
      IIFL House, Sun Infotech Park,
      Road No. 16V, Plot No. B-23,
      MIDC, Thane Industrial Area,
      Wagle Estate, Thane - 400604.
    You can call on the customer service number i.e. 022-40071000 from your registered mobile number or Send an email from your registered email id at cs@indiainfoline.com mentioning your old as well as new mobile number.
  • I want to reset my password online but I do not possess mobile phone. How can I reset the password?

    • You need to submit the self attested Authorization Letter for Receiving Password over email. Click here to download the form.
    • You need to scan the form and need to give four verifications on email to receive password via email through your registered email id.
    • Send an email at cs@indiainfoline.com.
  • If I am out of India, how can I reset the password?

  • When does the password expire?

    Password expires every 90 days.
  • What is the procedure if terminal password gets locked?

    The terminal will get unlocked automatically within 15 minutes. Subsequently, you can login to the terminal.
  • My password is locked and the same will get unlocked after 15 minutes but I want to urgently trade. Is there any alternate option to unlock the same?

    Yes. You can call the customer service number i.e. 022-40071000 and can give the request to unlock the account.
  • What is the procedure if I have formatted my computer and want to login from another computer?

    If you have logged in to a terminal on one PC and selected the option to bind on the same machine, you cannot login from another PC the next time. To unbind the same you can call the customer service number i.e. 022-40071000 and can give request to unbind your system.
  • How can I avoid the above problem in future?

    In order to avoid the problem in future, whenever you Login to the TT terminal you need to select the ‘Remove Binding Option’ under Tools before you log out from the system.
