Group Change

  • What is the procedure to change RM?

    • If you want to change your RM/ branch, you need to submit a group change letter to the old branch or Relationship Manager.
    • Letter should have following details duly signed by all the holders:
      • Login id
      • Current RM name and branch address
      • New RM name and branch address where you wish to map your account
      • Mobile number
      • Reason for group change
  • From where will I get the form?

  • What is the procedure to change the Franchisee?

    • Submit a duly filled & signed application by account holder(s) along with the signed ledger statement for last three months.

    You will receive the SMS on your registered mobile number.
  • Can I check my RM details online?

    • (Select TT Web Comm) Login to ttweb.indiainfoline.com
    • Click on "My Account"
    • Click on "Profile"
    • Click on "My Details"
    • Select Equity/Commodity » RM & Branch Details to view your RM Name, RM Contact Number, RM Email Address, Branch Address & Branch Contact Number.
